  • What programs make up the OAD suite?

    The OAD is comprised of four classes for Leadership development across your business: Leadership for Executives, Leadership for Marketing and Sales Executives, Leadership for Supervisors and Leadership for Teams. Each class assesses the talent in those departments to highlight personal and departmental strengths and weaknesses. After that, each course is tailored to work with individual departments. Marketing and Sales executives don't need the same knowledge and skills as development supervisors. Why should they be taking the same managment classes? 


    The OAD suite also includes a highly accurate personality assessment instrument approaching the accuracy and validity of some very complex clinical instruments that take hours to complete.
